Since I was the Q, I was the first goose. The ladies stood there until I chose someone. Once I chose someone, I ran to the end of the parking lot and back while they maintain the position/exercise. The person I chose, ran around the circle until they chose someone. Once they chose someone, the next exercise began. That person ran to the end of the parking lot and got back in formation. We continued until every exercise had been completed.
The exercises were: plank, squats, bicep curls, calf raises, push-ups, monkey humpers, plank rows, jumping jacks, skull crushers, mountain climbers, triceps extensions, glute bridges, side arm flies with weight.
After every exercise had been completed, we did some ab work. We did one minute of each exercise.
After this, we started over and did it all again. We didn’t get to finish all the Ab exercises though.
The Puzzle of Life
When you purchase a puzzle, you trust that all the pieces are there. No one counts out all 100 or 1000 pieces prior to starting the puzzle. You just KNOW that they are there. This is the same trust we must have with God. He knows all the pieces to our puzzle of life. So, when things aren’t going right or you’re in a hard season, remember that this is just one piece of the puzzle. We need all pieces, good, bad, easy, and difficult to shape & guide us. When life is a puzzle, we can trust by faith to allow God to fit the pieces together.
Romans 8:28 – And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
