7 Pax met at the Playground for a “Draw 3” workout. After the first lap we began shedding our outter layer!
The following exercises were drawn randomly during the workout. After every set of 3 exercises we ran a lap.
20 Merkins, 10 tricep merkins, 20 squats, 20 sumo squats, 20 ballerina squats, 20 tricep dips, 15 tricep dips, 20 donkey kicks (each side), 20 calf raises, 20 crab cakes.
We did each once and ballerina squats and donkey kicks twice with 4 total laps.
