Woo hoo!! FiA Roanoke is official!! I had the privilege of leading this wonderful group of ladies in the last workout of their launch. It was really great seeing their enthusiasm and excitement about their region’s launch. I remember when FiA Carpex launched and the excitement that we felt for our new region. I am sure this new region is going to blossom!!
I got to the AO early so I could get an idea about the kind of workout I wanted to do for the
PAX and initially I was going to go with elevens and a Dora – always fun and challenging, but they had Dora visit last week. Bummer! What to do, what to do?!? I know! A tabata it is!! The tabata workout I created for my class has 10 cycles in it and it covers abs, arms and legs. Each cycle consists of 2 exercises that work the same area for that cycle. Each cycle has 8 sets that are 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between sets.
