  • Jumping Jacks 10 IC
  • Windmills 10 IC
  • Skater Lunges 10 IC
  • Jog 1 lap around track


Bodyweight Cardio, 2 sets

  • Up Back Squats                   10 Up and Back
  • Donkey Kick Jumps           10
  • Gorilla Hop Squats             10 each side
  • Duck Walk                            10 up and back
  • Inch Worms                         10
  • Side to Side Bear Crawl     10 each side (2 steps each side)

Strength, 2 sets, plank 1 minute in between sets

  • Bent over row – stand up   10 each side
  • Bench Press                          20
  • Skull Crushers                     12
  • Curls                                      15

Devotion: While we often (always) dread our Monday morning workouts, we’re always thankful to be out there once we get moving. We should always choose to begin our workouts with grateful hearts that we have bodies to move, the warmth of the sun or the beauty of the stars, and a group of encouraging women.
