It was chilly this morning and we had a small group of 8 including Pan Am who is visiting from Raleigh. I was little sad that we didn’t have a bigger group this morning especially since the f3 guys were just finishing up what looked like a fun workout and there were 26 of them out there. But I knew that we would have fun with my new exercise dodecahedron ( a Christmas present from my husband- he knows me so well). I couldn’t wait to see what the luck of the roll would bring us on 0ur first time using it.
Tour around the school- a lap from the track around the school to the front parking lot and back around again…about a 600.
We rolled the dice 3 times and completed the exercises then ran a tour around the school. When we got back from our run, we did an amrap as we waited for the rest of the pax to finish. The amrap was 10 jump squats, 10 plank jacks, 10 T-pushups.
We completed this pattern a total of 5 times.
We rolled everything from 40 dips, 50 russian twists, 30 pushups, 65 jumping jacks, to 15 burpees. We rolled some of them multiple times and ended up rolling burpees 4 times!!!!! That was tough but also super fun and we had a great time!! Thanks to Pan Am for staying right on my tail the whole time…that was the push I needed this morning!!
