Knee 2 Chest OH Side Reach Pulse
Ankle/Knee Pull Toy Soldiers
Through the Tunnel Jumping Jacks
The Thang: PAX or Partner(s) get 5 die, copy of chart and take turns calling out next exercise/rep. Using chart “# Of Kind” determine Exercise. Add up Of Kind die for Reps.
Cool Down: Few minutes of various stretches.
