Derby’s Birthday Backblast

Tuesday was Derby’s birthday, so we celebrated with lots of cardio, stairs, burpees, abs, and to top it all off….the dreaded Jack Webbs!

WARM UP:

10 Gomers

10 Toy Soldiers

THAT THANG:

For ten minutes, we did the following exercises down the length of the parking lot:

butt kickers

karoakes

run backwards

high knees

jog

 

5 Jack Webbs

 

For ten minutes, we did the following on the stairs:

Jog up the stairs and walk back down

10 tricep dips

Step up every other step and walk back down

10 calf raises

Jump up each step and walk back down

10 push ups

 

5 Jack Webbs

 

For ten minutes, we did the following at the pad:

Jog to end of pad and back. Do one burpee.

10 crunches

Jog to end of pad and back. Do one burpee.

10 dollies

Jog to end of pad and back. Do one burpee.

10 leg lifts

Jog to end of pad and back. Do one burpee.

10 heel touches

Jog to end of pad and back. Do one burpee.

10 butterfly crunches
