8 awesome ladies made it out on Friday, and School Girl returned.  She looks amazing and her baby is 4 months old now.

Warm Up:  Wind Mills, Arm Circles, Torso Twists, TTTs, High Knees, Run the circle

The Thang: Tabata with 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest; repeat each exercise 2 times before in a row.

Round 1

  1. Half Burpee
  2. Curls w/weight
  3. Half Burpee w/weight & curl

Round 2

  1. Plank up/downs
  2. Plank shoulder taps
  3. Plank up/down & shoulder taps alternating

Round 3

  1. Squat w/weight
  2. Overhead press w/weight
  3. Hold squat and overhead press w/weight

Round 4

  1. Push up
  2. Superman
  3. Push up / superman alternating

  1. Calf Raises
  2. Squats
  3. Jump Squat with foot clap

  1. Plank Jack
  2. Hold plank / alternating toe touches
