Can I just say I am over the wind and the cold?! Needless to say it was a blustery morning but not so bad we couldn’t take it.

Warm up: 10 Windmills IC, 20 High Knees, 20 Butt Kickers, 10 Arm Circles forward and backward

The Thang: 40 Pushups

40 Air Squats

40 Walking Lunges

40 Sit ups

40 Air Squats

40 Walking Lunges

40 Kettlebell Deadlift to High Pulls

40 Air Squats

40 Walking Lunges

40 KB Swings

40 Air Squats

40 Walking Lunges

After that was the Burpee Waterfall: I started with 10 Burpees and while I completed those, the PAX did the ab choice I call out. The next person goes and they choose an ab exercise, and so on until everyone completes their 10 burpees.

20 Supermans/20 Fish Swims (I have no idea..I made it up Ha! Stomach position and move your arms and legs like you are swimming.
