Counting Down… And Back Up Again!

5 minutes of choice exercises in a circle. We went around the circle several times and each person selected something to do.

THE THANG:

Begin with Circuit 1. Partner 1 does 10 reps of everything while partner 2 rests. Then partner 2 does 10 reps of everything. Round 2 is 8 reps. This goes on for 9 rounds until we work back up to 10. Rest 2 mins then rinse and repeat with Circuit 2. 

Tabata after both circuits are completed.

COT:

Count off. Devotion Ecclesiastes 4:9.  Prayer requests and prayer.
