Oh the weather outside was frightful, but the PAX were so delightful! We had our very own advent calendar. Unfortunately, there was no chocolate behind each day of the month!

After a quick warm up, we each took a turn (or two) seeing what was in store for us as we counted down to Christmas! We did 1 minute of each exercise.

  14. Single Leg Bridge – Left
  15. Single Leg Bridge – Right
  16. Raggedy Anns
  17. Fire Hydrants
  18. Single Leg Deadlift – Left
  19. Single Leg Deadlift – Right
  20. Butt Kickers
  21. Windshield Wipers
  22. Monkey Humpers
  23. Crockpot Crunches
  24. Bird Dogs
  25. Reverse Lunges

We had just enough time left to listen to Run Run Rudolph. Every time Chuck Berry said Rudolph we did a burpee. Every time he said Santa we did a jump squat. In between we did maniacs and skaters.

Ended with COT and a prayer.
