Cough, Cough, Hips, Cough, Cough

5 STRONG, coughing, and cold ladies joined me this morning for a hip strengthening WO. Once we started the warm-up, I asked Flying Pig to not count…it was too pitiful…cough, cough, sniff, sniff, froggy voice.

Warm -Up:
Cherry Pickers – IC
Open and Close the Gate

WO:
Ran to the Mill Stone.
Got our clam exercise on while Streaker finished her mile.

Ran to playground area. Completed 4 exercises with random number IC counting. Between each set we ran around the corner and sprinted up the grassy hill.
