This morning’s backblast was a cone challenge.
To warm up, we split into two teams, orange vs. yellow. Each team was responsible for collecting one cone at a time and bringing “home.”

Cones and Jacks: Each PAX placed 4 cones at the tennis net. Starting from their mat at the court’s edge, each PAX ran to get a cone and ran back to their mat. At their mat, they completed 10 Jumping Jacks using the cones to do different arm motions (cone up and center, cone out and center, cone front and in, cone down and center).
Cone Set was repeated 3 times. Each exercise was completed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest to move into the next exercise.
