3 brave warriors joined me this morning to knock out our burpee challenge and then a full body killer.
Warmup- 50 burpees
The Thang- Easy peasy descending pyramid –
50 squats/deadlifts/ plank shoulder taps/ side leg lifts / run around first median
40 alternating lunges/ bridges/ dry docks/ plank leg raises / run around second median
30 curtsey lunges (each)/ reverse plank dips/ plank toe touch/ plie squats/ run around third median
20 squat jumps/ deadlifts/ inch worms/ weighted donkeykicks
25 Pilates bikes/ WW2/ Russian twists/ Froggies
