I totally had another workout planned, but with the rain from Sunday I had to change my plan really quick. Instead of thinking of something totally new, I went back to one from September.

45 crunches

60 lunges

75 monkey humpers

90 squats

105 cherry pickers

120 calf raises

135 bridges

150 arm circles
