“Cinder”ella Workout

Returned to our workout meant for a princess today. If you have access to cinder blocks, this is a good one!

Warm Up IC:
10 windmills
10 cotton picker extensions
10 toy soldiers
10 side lunges
10 side reaches in a low squat
10 jumping jacks

The Thang:
Everyone get a cinderblock. Do each exercise for one minute. All exercises can be modified for high/low intensity and/or the floor.

Squat jump-ups (or step-ups)
Bicycle Crunches
Plank shuffle (feet stationary, arms shuffle across top, on and off sides)
Bridge pulses (feet on block)

Reverse lunges (standing on top of block)
Russian twists
Curb push-ups (right side)
Step-up with alternating rear leg lifts
Curb push-ups (left side)

Side step-up knee drivers (start in squat – right leg)
Side step-up knee drivers (start in squat – left leg)
In-and-out crunches
Tricep dips

Quick toe-taps
Flutter Kicks (can be done on stomach or on back)
Decline wide pushups
Squat with side leg lifts (right leg)
Squat with side leg lifts (left leg)

Jump-overs (double or single leg)
Plank with front taps onto block
Incline push ups
Uneven squat jumps or squat pulses (right leg)
Uneven squat jumps or squat pulses (left leg)

Cool Down and COT
