Five awesome ladies joined me this morning for some more Holiday Workout Fun!! We chatted while warming up (with not ONE SINGLE JACK in sight…that may be a first for me): High Knees, Butt Kickers, Side Shuffles, Front/Back Hops, Side to Side Hops and a lap around the small loop.
The Christmas Tree workout. Timer set for 35 minutes. Complete the exercises as many times through as you can during allotted time working from top to bottom. In between each round, run a lap around the small loop. We got in about 3-4 rounds.
