Today’s workout was an exercise in endurance and tolerance for the antics of YT (yours truly). I am so grateful for all the ladies that were willing to brave the cold and mist this AM to work out with us.
About the workout: My husband ran a marathon this past Sunday. He ran a half marathon two weeks ago and decided he would do a marathon 2 weeks later. Thank goodness it was only 26.2 miles, because 26.3 would have been CRAZY! (lol) So this workout is kind of dedicated to him. PS If you haven’t listened to and warmed up with the Chicken Fat song, you’re depriving yourself of it’s greatness. Shout-out to Stitch for being as pumped about it as I was!
