Tennis Ballin!

We started this week off right with a high-intensity, full body workout using the tennis balls I used for my Tennis Ball Madness workout. #bettertogether

Warmup: Mc Hammer-Can’t Touch This

I like working out with music and this happened to be the first song 🙂

We started with chest opener jacks, then jumping jack with an upper cut, followed by 1-2-3 touch the knee, and ended with a high kick progression, starting slow, went on the toes, then kicked up the intensity!

Workout: Here’s what was on the balls:

  1. 1 Lap around the parking lot
  2. 10 Squat Jumps
  3. 20 Pushups
  4. 10 Pushups with rotations
  5. Jacknife 10 each leg (for abs)
  6. Jumping Jack to leg hug 20 (after the jack, squat down and hug your knees)
  7. Med ball over under (have team line up, first person with med ball goes over head and passes it to next teammate, they go under, and alternate for ten times through. We did this 5 times)
  8. 20 Plank hip twist
  9. 1 lap around the parking lot
  10. 40 mountain climbers
  11. 10 Pushups with alternating knee to elbow
  12. 20 Side Plank Rotation each side
  13. 10 Chest Pass with Med ball times around (group stands in zig-zag and does a chest pass, making sure each person is far enough away to throw the ball hard)
  14. 10 Tuck Jumps
  15. 10, 3 point jumps (high plank position, take feet and jump to the left, then up to the chest, then out the right, repeat)
  16. 20 Star Abs opp. Hand to opposite foot, crunch/situp to leg lift
