All I can say is “WOW”! There were 24 amazing and strong FiAs that joined me to workout on this extremely hot and humid 4th of July. It always blows my mind a little to see these women coming together to get strong and lift each other up with encouragement. 🙂
For extra credit, some of the FiAs showed up early to get in a pre-workout run. Woo hoo!

I decided to take a look at what our F3 brothers do for their 4th of July workout and then I tweaked it for my FiA sisters. We started with 1776 yard run (done together). Then we did 17 different exercises for 76 seconds with a 25 second break in between each exercise.

I am immensely grateful for the wonderful women that came out this morning to start the day by making ourselves stronger. It was awesome to have the women from Healing Transitions there with us this morning exercising and freeing themselves from things that have held them down. A huge shoutout to PanAm for pushing me to do the 4th of July convergence and Footloose for helping to make it happen.
My thought for each of you – Every journey begins with a step, constantly changing with ups and downs as our path meanders along the way, stop stressing about when and where the journey will end, simply enjoy the trip. Life is short and full of chaos, but there is love and beauty all around us to enjoy!!
