Warm Up – Step Out, Modified Jack, Punch Across, Jump Rope, Arm Circles
Do each exercise for 50 seconds, with a 10 second rest. Six exercises per round, dropping the first exercise each time (so you do exercises 1-6, then 2-7, then 3-8, etc.)
Finished up with Nama-a-rama and Beaker saved me from having to do the prayer 😉
