90 High Knees
80 Hook Punches
60 Plank Jacks
50 Knee Tucks
40 Mountain Climbers
10 Hill Runs
100 butt kicks
300 toe taps
Partner does 10 step ups and then switches until reps for each exercise are complete!
Two laps around track while partner does JJ. Then, switch. One lap backwards around track while partner does Burpee with plank Jack.
Run one lap around parking lot.
