Cardio Blast HIIT Workout

Cardio Blast HIIT Style Workout

5 of us came together this morning for this workout!! We had 4 rounds with 2 exercises in each round, lasting 1 min each. After each round, we did our Cardio Blast.

Warm-up:

basic stretches, jog lot

The Thang:

round #1

squat with weights

bumbbell plank row

Cardio Blast:

50 jumping jacks

25 mt climbers

10 burbees

50 jumping jacks

25 jumping jacks

1 min plank

round #2

single leg dead lift

switch leg

Cardio Blast

round #3

high bicep curl

J hammer curl

Cardio Blast

round #4

bent over tricep kickbacks

1 min wall sit

We completed this entire workout with 2 mins to spare! We closed with the Devo and prayer.
