Hurricane recovery is well on its way in Carteret County, and we are definitely CarteretStrong. It was our first official FiA workout since the storm, and boy did we feel all the junk we ate and drank the previous 7-10 days. Of course, it didn’t help that 3 of our kids were lapping us on the track and drawing in the dew covered field, while we huffed and puffed through our misery 😉.
