Cabin Fever Escape

It was dang cold out there this morning…and I mean kick you in the face cold!!! With the wind chill, it was 4 degrees outside but that 4 degrees was welcome after spending the last 3 days held up in my house due to snow and ice.  I was ready to get back to my fia girls and I didn’t care if it just 2 of us, we were gonna work!  Luckily, I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. 7 other strong, brave, badass women joined me for a 1000 rep workout with a little bit of running. It was just what we needed on this cold morning.

Warmup: nothing but a short run down the parking lot and back to get us started

The thang:

10 exercises/20 reps each/ 5 rounds

light post parking lot run in between each round

  1. plank jacks
  2. jump squats
  3. mountain climbers
  4. plyo lunges
  5. squat kicks
  6. jumping jacks
  7. froggers
  8. pushups
  9. plank kick throughs
  10. heels to heaven

COT – We ended early and headed to Panera for coffee and breakfast. Perfect end to a great workout!!! Thanks ladies, love you girls to pieces!
