Well, I think the name in the Slack Pre Blast scared most of the PAX away. Maybe if It was called Walkin’, Skippin’, and Coffee we’d of had more. Whatever the fartsac reason, you can always grab a partner and do it later in the day!
We opened with a light stretch, then off to the THANG:
There were 4 cones 20 yards apart in a square shape. All 4 pax began at the same corner. We broad jump/burpee’d all the way to the 1st cone. Bear Crawled to the 2nd cone. Broad Jump Burpee to the 3rd cone, then bear crawled back to the start (4th cone). The square was then complete.
Next we strolled to the light poles for a set of partnered 100’s and 200’s.
The 1st round: Partner A began the start of 100 plank jacks, while Partner B took off running towards the 2nd light pole and back. The pair had to complete 100 plank jacks.
The 2nd round was the same exercise was completed, except the pair had to complete 200 squats
The 3rd round was the same, except the pair had to complete 200 dips.
The 4th round was the same, except the pair had to complete 200 abs of your choice.
Then it was Back to the Square with a start at the same corner:
We bear crawled to the 1st cone then did 10 push ups. Bear crawled to the 2nd cone and did 10 more pushups, Bear crawled to the 3rd cone, and yep… 10 more push ups. We bear crawled to the final cone and did the last 10 pushups.
As a finisher, the pax completed a suicide run of ALL 6 LIGHT POLES……..SHEW!
This was a tough one. I was proud of everyone for finishing!
We finished with positive vibes and stretching!
