16 PAX (including 1 FNG!) started their day with a BURPEEFEST on Thursday – and they loved every minute of it (maybe?)!!!
Our warmup even had burpees 🙂
We started with a few quick stretches and then burpeed our way through Chumbawamba’s Tubthumping. We did SSHs throughout the whole song and every time they said “I get knocked down” we did a burpee! They said it waaay more than I realized – oops.
Descending Ladder – We did 4 Exercises for 60 sec each then rinse and repeat for 45 sec each, 30 sec each and finally 20 sec each. We rested for 60 secs between each round:
5 Burpees, 10 Lunges each leg, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks
I posted a pretty obvious hint in my preblast on Wed and 15 amazing ladies still showed up – knowing the dreaded burpee was waiting for them!! You guys are awesome!
