Ladder Down 30/20/10 Run Lap in between on Set 1. Shuffle lap in between on Set 2.
Set 1: Squat w/Shoulder Press; Bicep Curls on 1 leg; Plyo lunges; Tricep Dips; Plank Jacks
Set 2: Calf Raises w/Hammer Curls; Pushups; Spiderman Planks; Lunge Kick Backs; Squat Oblique Raises
Ab set: V-ups, flutter kicks, iron crosses, russian twists, dirty girls 20 each rinse and repeat.
