We totally broke the rules and ran today! But everyone did great and no one complained, not even me! We did a track circuit that included 3 stops on our normal lap. At stop 1 we completed 20 bicep curls, 20 shoulder presses, and 20 tricep kickbacks. Then we jogged to stop 2 to complete 20 pushups, 20 squats, and 20 situps. The next stop was a little closer so we sprinted as fast as we could there to complete 20 Russian twists, 20 bicycles, and 20 walking lunges. Then jogged back to stop 1. We kept going around and around until time was up.
