Wednesday night brought a heavy amount of rain, so our playground workout on Thursday needed a last minute AO change. We headed to Peppers house with 2.0s in tow and started our quick boot camp workout.
Warmup: Cherry pickers, toy soldiers and arm circles.
The Thang: We did 3 rounds and each exercise was for a minute with 15 sec of rest. After the round, we ran a lap before starting next round. Exercises were press jacks, burpee rolls, tire twists, squat overhead press, A skips (R), A Skips (L), crawl jacks, lateral squat hops, then lap. After the second round I pulled an audible and changed the A skips to 30 sec each leg.
The Q had to run run run to get 2,0s to camp so Our FNG’s name is TBD. Thanks ladies and thank you to Peppers for hosting!
