warm up: pumpkin relays- 1. Passing pumpkin over head and between legs, and around the side. 2. Down to “boneyard” and back carrying pumpkin with lunges, squat walk, and sprint
The workout: we went trick or treating! Stood in a circle and drew a piece of candy out of the cauldron and did the exercise for that piece of candy. Continued the exercise until time your turn to draw another piece of candy!
Finally ended with a true boneyard dash relay where 2 teams raced to assemble the bones of a skeleton buried in the boneyard.
