Black Widow –Ready for Battle

Bulldog and I tackled the Black Widow workout this sticky July morning….

 

Warm up

the workout is 10 rounds with 2 minutes in between sets…..we didn’t make it 10

60 punches

10 pushups

20 squats

20 burpees

20 (2ct) mountain climbers

20 donkey kicks (each leg)

20 triangle crunches each side  (side plank on your knee–crunch in with leg & elbow)

20 bridges

Cool down
