Arm stretches, leg stretches, high knees, and jumping jacks
We did black jack up the stairs. with Tricep dips at the bottom and sit ups at the top.
Since the steps aren’t as long of a distance to run as tombstone hill a few of our ladies were able to finish and start over again! Congratulations ladies!!
