Today was an intense cardio workout but these girls came ready to bring it and bring it we did!

WARM UP:

  • WINDMILLS
  • MTN CLIMBERS
  • HIP FLEXERS
  • BUTT KICKS
  • HIGH KNEES

THE WORK OUT:

  • 1 MINUTE JUMP ROPE
  • 1 MINUTE HIGH KNEES
  • 1 MINUTE BUTT KICKS
  • 1 MINUTE JUMPING JACKS
  • 1 MINUTE BURPEES

5 MINUTE RUN

REPEAT

  • 1 MINUTE JUMP ROPE
  • 1 MINUTE HIGH KNEES
  • 1 MINUTE BUTT KICKS
  • 1 MINUTE JUMPING JACKS
  • 1 MINUTE BURPEES

5 MINUTE RUN

  • 1 MINUTE JUMP ROPE
  • 1 MINUTE HIGH KNEES
  • 1 MINUTE BUTT KICKS
  • 1 MINUTE JUMPING JACKS
  • 1 MINUTE BURPEES

ONE MINUTE SPRINT

COOL DOWN:

  • straddle stretch (side to side and middle)
  • grab and pull hamstring stretch
  • quad stretch
  • calf stretch
  • yoga rag dolls and deep cleansing breath to start our day

I can’t say it enough these ladies are amazing! We truly are proof that we are better together!
