What a great way to start this SUPER weekend, with a great group of women!
Warm up: 1 lap around the school
The Thang: we did 3 stations together, STATION # 1: 5 plank jacks, 10 star jumps, 15 lunges on each leg, plank until group was done, bear crawl to station #2. STATION # 2: 5 burpies, 10 jumping jacks, 15 skaters, plank until group is done, bear crawl to station 3. STATION #3: 5 pushups, 10 mountain climbers, 15 squat jumps, plank until group was done.
**As a group we then ran down Mt.Fia to the bridge and back
**We repeated the stations in groups of 2/3.
**As a group we ran to the tree at the bottom of Mt.Fia and then lunged back up.
**We then circled up and used our weights to make sure each and every muscle feels it tomorrow. 1. 15 burpies with handweights 2. 30 Peter Parkers, 30 Skull crushers, 30 bridge with press, 30 crunches. We repeated this twice and ended with a 1 minute plank.
**We ended our workout with the amazing circle of trust.
