Bear Crawl Delight

4 PAX rolled out for another humid early morning at Southside.  We are a little jealous of all the cooler fall flannel-wearing weather being posted by friends & family from other areas.  No warm up this morning, just straight into the Thang.

The Thang: BEAR CRAWL DOWN ROUTE 66

Route 66 (the long, central, straight sidewalk) has lamp post about every 30ft.  Bear crawl from lamp post to lamp post stopping at the each one for exercises.

Lamp post exercises

  • 25 – reverse fly (thumbs out)
  • 20 – tricep shredders (tricep dips with one leg up)
  • 25 – superwomans
  • 30 – goodbye dollies
  • 50 – calf raises with arm circles
  • 15 – inchworm into low plank
  • 100 – Moroccan dance party
  • 50 – bicycles
  • 60 – hillbillies
  • 50 – karate kid squats (named after Zia’s interpretation of Chowda’s form)
  • 50 – Bulgarian split squats
  • 20 – push ups
  • 20 – sit through
  • 50 – squats with front kick
  • 50 – squats with side kick
  • 15 – diamond push ups
  • 10 – shoulder tap press (tap each shoulder then a push up)
  • 40 – V-ups
  • 30 – grasshoppers

Slow Mosey back to the beginning for COT.  Thanks to the PAX for pulling the exercise sheets off the lamp posts on the way back.

Dory – A little quiet this morning, maybe still recovering from all those monkey humpers 🐒
