BB-Track Attack

New AO was a nice change, perfect for a track inspired workout!!

Warm up:

JJ X 10 IC

toy soldiers X 10 IC

side lunges X 10 IC

 

Workout:

Since it was 2/22, we did 22 reps of each exercise in our rounds. Then took to the track for fun laps in between!

Round 1-Jump squats, tricep extension, bicycle, skaters

Track time!  Walk the curves, run the straightaways

Round 2-Burpees, bicep curls, Russian twists, rear lunges

Track time! High knees on the curves, skip on the straightaways

Round 3-Mountain climbers, shoulder raises, sit ups, front lunges

Track time! Side shuffle right on the curves and left on the straightaways

Round 4-High knees, tricep press, lemon squeezes, side lunges

Track time! Fancy feet on the curves, Frankensteins on the straightaways
