Burpee Broad Jumps For The Win!

Three (3) faithful Louise Pax joined me on a very humid morning for the June “12 days of Xmas”.

Warm Up
20 jumping jacks
20 windmills
20 arm circles
10 butt kickers

Ran to Basketball court

The workout was based on the “12 days of Xmas” song as the routine built on doing each round and adding on the next one.
For example do 2 Burpees and then run. Next round was 3 Spidermen, 2 Burpees, and run. Next round was 4 Curtsy lunges, 3 spidermen, 2 Burpees run. We continued this routine until we finished the 12 days.

1. Run Stairs or Ramp
2. Burpees
3. Spiderman
4. Curtsy Lunges (each leg)
5. Squats
6. Push ups
7. Lunges (each leg)
8. Mountain Climbers
9. Glute Bridges
10. Plank Jacks
11. Sumo Squats
12. Tricep Dips

Ran back to parking lot and did some ab work.

30 baby crunches
30 heels to heaven
30 bicycle crunches
