BB: The Block 12/31 workout ( a day early)

3 Pax gathered at The Block for a chilly morning workout.

Warm-Up: jumping jacks x 10 IC & a quick lap around the SALT block parking lot.

The Thang:

12 different workouts with 31 reps each. Repeat as necessary.

Push ups
Squats
BGS
Lunges
Jump squats
Over head press
Inch worms
Imperial storm troopers
Jumping jacks
Jane Fonda (each side)
Donkey kicks
High knees

We made it through twice and then took another lap around SALT block.

Finished with a 3:65 burpee burnout.

finished with sweaty circle and prayers.
