Warm Up
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Cherry Pickers
20 Arm Circles
20 Butt Kickers

Ran to Corner of Runny Meade and Colony
20 Calf Raises on steps
20 lunges each leg
20 tricep dips
20 side squats using step (each leg)

1 min plank
1 min plank leg side
1 min plank right side

Repeated the routine

Ran to Corner of Colony and RockBrook
20 monkey humpers
20 sumo squats
20 curtsy lunges
20 plank jacks

Repeat

Did alternating lunges to light pole

Ran to Basketball court
Walking lunges across basketball court across and back
15 push ups
20 squats
Wall sit for 1 min
Ran Stairs
Repeated 15 push ups and 20 squats
