Bands Burnout

It was a dreary Saturday morning, but so glad to start it off right with a workout!

Warm Up: Jog to Track, Jump Jacks, Seal Jacks, Runners Stretch, Hamstring Stretch

Cardio Calorie Burn on Track (3 Speeds- Base Pace, Push Pace, All Out):  1 minute Base Pace–2 minute Push Pace–1 minute Base Pace–Walk it out

Band Work 1:

10 Bands on Thights-  Side Steps Right, Back and Forth for 4, Side Step Left

10 Deadlifts

10 Bicep Curls

5 Bicep Curls to Overhead Press

10 Rows Right 10 Rows Left

Band Work 2:

ZigZag Walk forward and Back w Band on Thighs

10 Leg Backward Extensions w Band on Calves

10 Lat Pull Downs

20 Plank Position, Band Around Wrists In and Outs

Repeat Calorie Burn Routine on Track
