After yesterday’s crazy storms, it was a beautiful morning at the park for a workout! Thanks to everyone who came out!
Shuttle run on the tennis courts for 30 minutes. Run to first line and complete exercise then back to start. Run to second line and complete exercise then back, and so on. Exercises:
Started doing 10 of each exercise, then down to 9, 8, etc. getting down as far in the count as we could in the 30 minutes.
After a couple of sets running, we did a set skipping between lines, then back to running, then backwards running.
After the shuttle run we grabbed water and circled up for some core work – 45 seconds of each exercise:
Stretched and then circled up for Name o Rama
