Backblast from the Farm on 10/8

We used the Tabata Timer app. Each Tabata cycle consists of 8 sets of 20 sec., 10 sec. rest followed by a 1 min. recovery.

Warm up: 10 jumping jacks, 10 lunges each leg, 10 plank jacks

Cycle 1: 4 sets jump rope; 4 sets mountain climbers

Cycle 2: 4 sets chair squats; 4 sets plie squats with hand weights

Cycle 3: 4 sets tricep pushups; 4 sets bicycle crunches

Cycle 4: 4 sets plank with bunny hops; 4 sets v-sits

Cycle 5: 4 sets burpees; 4 sets lunges

Cycle 6: 4 sets superman lifts; 4 sets plank with row (hand weights)

Cycle 7: 4 sets jump squats; 4 sets deadlifts

Cycle 8: 4 sets abs of choice
