Took turns with a partner…one person did suicide while the other did the following exercises taking turns:
200 jump squats or squats
5 Minute Plank Challenge
Alternate between arm and elbow planks for one minute each with a 15 second break in between
Thabata with bricks
Over Head Presses
Did each exercise for one minute with 15 second rest in between and repeated.
