Had a great VQ and the rain held off for us. Skies started getting dark right as we were leaving. We were lucky!
Here is what went down:
Run around the half loop
Run to each corner of the tennis court area, and at each corner do 25 of the assigned exercise: jumping jacks, squats, high knees, arm circles. Do two rounds of this.
Throw back to my TAEBO days…had fun doing some kickboxing moves to some fun music.
Jabs – 4 sets of 8
Cross jab – 4 sets of 8
Upper cuts – 4 sets of 8
Speed bag – 4 sets of 8
Hook jab – 4 sets of 8
Body twists – 4 sets of 8
Roxanne Burpee Challenge
“Roxanne” joined us for our workout and brought the burpees! Even “The Police” couldn’t save us from this 😊
We played the song “Roxanne” by The Police and every time we heard Roxanne we did a burpee….27 to be exact…in 3 minutes.
Ended the Workout with ABadabadoo with The Flinstones
Did one minute of each of the following exercises while listening to the theme song from Meet the Flinstones.
Heel push ups
Ended with a prayer that I grew up saying every morning.
