Backblast for We Fancy 6/2

Great Saturday morning workout with 14 PAX at We Fancy. We met on the basketball courts at 8:15 am.

Warm up:

We did a lap around the big parking lot to warm up then jumped straight into our first set of exercises.

The Thang:

20 each of  plié squats, high knees, crabwalks, push ups and crunches

20 each of knee hugs, lunges, mountain climbers, lying hip raises, bicycle crunches

20 each of double leg lifts. burpees, squats, jumping jacks, side lunges

Lap around the big parking lot

20 each of frog squats, butt kicks, lunges, dead lifts, 20 sec plank

Repeated the above until all sets were done twice.

Next we did baseline to baseline runs (on the basketball court) and each time we stopped at the end of the baseline and did 10 push ups or squats, alternating. We did this 4 times.

When done we circled up for Name-A-Rama and naming our FNG (Dawn). Welcome to Bradshaw! We ended with this motivational piece:
