Backblast for the end of 2017

On our last workout for 2017, three PAX gathered under the overhang on a drizzly, windy morning for a little 40-30-20 workout. Each set of three exercises was done done for 40 seconds each, then 30 seconds each, then 20 seconds each. We rested for 30 seconds in between each set.

THE THANG:

SET ONE:

jumping jacks

squats with weights

skaters

SET TWO:

push ups with row

sit ups

plank

SET THREE:

jump squats with heel clicks

standing elbow to knee with weights

jabs with weights

SET FOUR:

bicep curls

raggedy anns with weights

standing mountain climbers

SET FIVE:

plank up downs

heel touches

hip bridge with weighted tricep dips

SET SIX:

hammer curls

dead lifts

weighted arm raises in L shape

SET OF SIX ABS (20 each)
