Today we did a FiA Grab Bag and each FiA chose exercises for the whole group to do randomly from a box.  Exercises included:

30 bicep curls

25 jumping jacks

30 squats

30 lunges – 15 each leg

30 mountain climbers each side

30 high knees each side

20 sit ups

30 crunches

20 wall jumps

20 plank jacks

25 russian twists

10 pushups

30 donkey kicks – 15 each side

20 bridges

30 sec wall sit or holding squat

40 jumping jacks

50 butt kicks

20 bicycle kicks

20 sit ups

30 tricep dips

30 mountain climbers each side

40 calf raises

40 sumo squats

Dealer’s choice

With holding a plank or a bridge between each exercise until the whole group was done.
