Back to School Blues….Yeah Right

It’s back to school Monday at the beach, and 6 of us decided to celebrate with a morning workout.  We started our mild weathered morning with a short jog up to the top parking lot, followed by a warm up of jumping jacks and arm circles.

The Thang:

Run between cones/start with exercises at the cones.  We split our rounds with a Tunnel of Love and ended with 2 rounds of Circle Burpees.

Cone 1: round 1 -20 Push-ups, round 2 – 10 push-ups

Cone 2: round 1 – 30 lunges each leg, round 2 – 15 lunges each leg

Cone 3: round 1 – 40 single leg dead lifts (20 each leg), round 2 – 20 single leg deadlifts

Cone 4: round 1 – 50 squats, round 2 – 25 squats

 

Circle Burpees: Round 1 – LBCs by all pax as turns taken to complete 5 burpees, Round 2 – Glut Bridges by all pax as turns taken to complete 5 burpees.
