I had 9 ladies show up for school boot camp this morning. It continues to be humid as all get out but we all finished strong! We made it thru 2/3 of this one as I always seem to have a crazy idea that I haven’t planned enough. So….keep the last round of this in mind, you may see it again ladies!
Warm Up: Torso Twists with Arm Extension, Plank Jacks, Hip Circles, Arm Circles, Run the Parking Lot Loop
Our work out went down like this-Lesson of ABC, 1-2-3 (10 reps, 20 reps, 30 reps, ramping down with repeating 20, 10) and then reverse that for 3-2-1 (30 reps, 20 reps, 10 reps, repeating ramping down 20 and 10). As I mentioned, we combined the last 3-2-1 with arms and abs and got a good full body work out in bright and early! Thanks to all for joining me-you guys make my early mornings a joy!
